Antique c. 1931 Royal Doulton Pattern D4740 Art Deco 8.5" Floral Plate

Has a 4 below the D4740 which may signify it is year 4 (1931) after the 1928 back stamp change, however It is also impressed with 7-28 which could mean it is July of 1928.

This beautiful plate has a blue, red, and yellow flower pattern, has no chips or cracks or crazing, minimal scuffing. Good to Excellent condition.
