Shipping & Product Policies

Items listed in the store are ready to be shipped within 1-3 business days of cleared payment.

Customs Fees may be applicable for some items depending on your location. You as the buyer are responsible for all customs fees. We will communicate the actual amount for custom fees as soon as we know them, when applicable.

Local Pickup is available by appointment in Abbotsford. Please contact us and let us know what items you would like to purchase and when you would like to come. Feel free to contact us via the contact us page, Messenger, Twitter, or Facebook.

Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund those orders at our discretion due to the item already selling and not yet removed, the item has an error in listing, the item cannot be shipped legally, the item is not eligible for shipping, or due to any other unforeseen reason.

Product Descriptions

All items are listed as accurately as we can according to our knowledge and research of the item. At times we may miss something, mislabel, misidentify, mis-date, or have something that is incorrect in a product description, however, we will not be held responsible as it is the Buyers responsibility to ask any questions, ask for additional photos, ask about shipping, condition, do their own research, pay customs fees, or any other issue that may arise in respect to shipping, condition, description, or fees. 

System Errors

In the event of a system error in pricing or shipping options or any other database calculations being offered incorrectly, additional shipping or price adjustment charges may be invoiced to you or your order will be refunded and deemed cancelled.

We reserve the right to modify our shipping and product polices at anytime without notice.

All of our items are picked second hand. We are not a thrift store and we do not get our items for free.

All items are as is, no returns, ALL SALES FINAL.
