Very unusual model made in Japan. It has previously been opened and drilled. on the base. The box does not appear to match the cabs color and looks to have a previous sticker that is Medic or Medical army style. The truck matches only one other one online that is a red version. The base is also marked 64 next to where it was drilled out. The tires are also not marked Tonka. The pull back feature no longer works which may be the reason for why it was previously opened. It has general played with wear.
